In a nutshell...
Here's how your weekend will look:
Thursday
Once you’ve arrived in Dubai make you way to your chosen hotel.
Check in is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your bags, so you can head straight out!
You’ll find a sports breaks notice board in your hotel reception. This will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend. Your reps will also be around if you have any questions.

Enjoy a day at your own leisure

Saturday
If you’ve added a qualifying ticket and return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan…
Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to Yas Island. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. A shuttle service will be available for the coach park to the entrance and ready for an amazing day at qualifier.
If you’re not heading to Yas Island today, the days yours to enjoy!
Race day!
Sunday
Good news…we’re all heading to the track today!
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive at Yas Island, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!

Monday
After a great weekend, sadly it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by 11am (some hotels may have slightly earlier/later check out times), but if you’re on a later flight, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can enjoy your last day in Dubai.
